Time With The Family

Copy of Entertaining.png

is what it's all about

We work hard all year to spend just a few precious days with our loved ones. Why not do it in style with a house built for everyone

Wedding Party

An entrance that says "welcome, come on in"

With four floors of fun, there is something, and somewhere, for everybody. And although we 'Love Thy Neighbour', Privet House is detached from any other residential house so allows for a little bit more noise than usual

Drinking Martinis

Cosy corners and luxurious textiles work to set any mood that you are hoping to achieve

With four reception areas and a large kitchen on the ground floor, there is more than enough space to host the most lavish of get togethers. Whether you are looking for something formal or something a little more casual, this place caters for all occasions.

When you want a break from the fun, simply slip away to somewhere more private

The private 'Master Suite' on the ground floor is a great space opening directly onto the courtyard garden. On the first floor you have the exclusive 'Kings Suite' the stunning 'Queens Room' and the gorgeous 'Birds of Paradise Room' The top floor has 3 further areas that are not only great for kids but also double as cosy and casual spaces, full of bean bags and big lounging cushions

If the kids playroom is in the attic, then where is the adults games room?

Ahh, of course, it's in the basement. Crack open a cold one and hurry on down to a space out of the way, put on your favourite tunes and simply chill out. Oh, and while you are down there, see if you can find traces of the 'Secret Tunnel' that local legend states was used by King Henry 8th to enter the church in secret

Did someone say Hot Tub? I'm in, but can I bring my drink?

Of course you can. The only rules set at this party are written by you. Turn up the heat, turn on the bubbles, and everybody in. This tranquil and perfectly groomed outdoor space, overlooked by the church and benefiting from a 'Spa Grade Hot Tub' is enough to make anyone feel like they are in a mediterranean courtyard sanctuary

Cooking is love made visible

And what better way to cook than in an outdoor kitchen? And one that is set right in the heart of this exquisite garden. With a BBQ grill, outdoor sink and very own pizza oven, this just screams 'fun and food' all in the same sentence
